Dean Rayment
Company Director

Dean is a member of the Executive Management Team. Having been with the company since 1993 his area of expertise is supplier/distributor Liaison, Contract Management and strategic business growth. Dean is also part of an industry Think Tank that works with the Public Telephone Operators and leading hardware/software suppliers to create products and services to help the UK reseller distribution channel. Dean lives in Essex with his wife and two daughters, is a keen sportsman enjoying golf, skiing and most water sports.

Steve Smith

Company Director

Steve is a member of the Executive Management Team.  His area of expertise is IT, Operations and Finance having joined the company in 2004. Trained as an accountant, Steve was instrumental in the development of the Billing platform at NEG which processes over 250 million minutes per annum. Steve lives in Chelmsford with his wife and three children and is a big fan of F1 racing.

Dawn Tunak
Financial Controller

Dawn is a member of the Executive Management Team. A Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians Dawn has 21 years experience in corporate finance having joined NEG in 2008, prior to which she was Finance Director of publicly listed Smollensky’s Plc responsible for restructuring the rapid expansion program and the companies financial/legal and secretarial duties. Dawn lives in Essex and has a love for travelling and keeping fit.

Scott Russell
Non - Executive Director

Scott’s area of expertise is Customer Services and represents one of the NEG equity partners. He is a Telecommunication industry veteran having started his career in 1990 and has been involved in several disposals, mergers and acquisitions during this time. He lives in rural Suffolk with his wife and three boys, is a keen sportsman and private pilot, and strongly believes "if you look after your customers, they'll look after you".

Craig Hughes
Company Director

Craig’s area of expertise is Engineering and Operations having joined the company in 2003 after serving in the Royal Air Force as a Telecommunication Engineer gaining extensive experience in data, satellite and voice communications accumulating in a tour at the Defense Crisis Management Centre in Whitehall. Craig has settled down with his partner in Essex and is a very keen sportsman and continues to participate in his love for the sport of rugby.

Richard Chapman
Company Director

Richard’s area of expertise is Sales Strategies having joined NEG in 2001 he was instrumental in the development of Surgery Line which revolutionsied how GP’s communicated with their patients in the UK. Richard continues to develop products and services which help NEG standout from our competitors. He lives on the South Coast with his partner and follows his beloved football team Liverpool.

Andrew Woollard
Company Director

Andy is a member of the Executive Management Team. His area of expertise is Capital Finance and Sales Management having joined the company in 2005 prior to which he was relationship manager at CF Asset Finance Limited. Andy brings a wealth of experience in creating both simple finance solutions for our customers and sales management team. He lives in Essex with his wife and two children, enjoys golf and off shore sailing.

George Neal
Company Director

George’s area of expertise is Sales Management and Product Development having joined the company in 1999. George is continually involved in the design and implementation of new products, business relationships and heads the national account management team. An ex-professional football player George lives in Essex with his wife and two children and captains the NEG company football team!
